use
2,4-Dichloro-5-fluorobenzoyl chloride is the main raw material for the preparation of third-generation quinolones such as trifluoroperidinol, trifluoroguabutenyl, pentafluridol and synthetic broad-spectrum antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, and can also be used for pesticides, insecticides and ovicides, as well as the identification of plastics and resins.
synthesis
A synthesis method of 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoyl chloride comprises: 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene, carbon dioxide and carbon tetrachloride are prepared under the action of cationic resin catalyst. The dosage of the cationic resin catalyst is 1%~10% of the mass of 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene, and the preparation method of the cationic resin catalyst comprises: the cationic resin is first treated with 1mol/L of sodium hydroxide, then washed with hydrochloric acid, washed with water to neutral and then immersed in 0.5mol/LFeCl3 solution and stirred for 5~10 hours, and then HF is added to pH of 2~3; After the reaction system is aged at -3~-6 °C for 20~30h, it is filtered and washed, and then the filter cake is dried at 70~90 °C to obtain the cationic resin catalyst.
